Group2009independently developed"Flexible Fire Barrier Flame Retardant Fire-Resistant Wire and Cable", in2013obtained the exclusive invention patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office. Since the product was fully promoted and put on the market in2013, it has received unanimous praise from a wide range of users.

Main Features and Advantages:
1.Flexibility: Due to the mature stranding technology used for the cable conductor and the copper soft sheath processed by special techniques, it has mechanical impact resistance and flexible bending characteristics, avoiding the common issues of terminal connections and delivery length encountered when designing and installing rigid mineral insulated cablesBTTZ.
2.Fire Resistance: Since both the conductor and sheath are made of copper, with a melting point of1080℃, and the insulation and other auxiliary materials are made of minerals with a melting point as high as1375℃, the product can pass the standardsGB12666.6,BS6387.
3.Low Smoke: According to the smoke emission test ofIEC1034,GB/T17651.2-1998determination of smoke density of cables and optical cables under specific burning conditions, the light transmittance reaches80%or more (standard is60%).
4.Halogen-Free: Since the mineral cable insulation and sheath are made of inorganic materials, without commonPVCmaterials, even under fire conditions, no acidic gases are produced. According toGB/T17650.2-1998test for gas emission from burning materials taken from cables, thePHvalue can reach5.0or more (standard requirement is≥4.3), and the conductivity can be around1.0(standard requirement is≤10.0).
5.Temperature Resistance: The cable can work long-term in an ambient temperature of125℃, replacing low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cables with a temperature resistance of125℃. In emergencies, it can also work short-term at1080℃.
6.Corrosion Resistance: The cable insulation uses inorganic mineral materials, and no additional measures are needed during installation.
7.High Current Carrying Capacity: Compared to cables of the same cross-section, the main reason for overload and short circuits in ordinary cables is the insulation. When overloaded, the conductor heats up, and the insulation subsequently heats up and ages, causing a short circuit. The mineral insulated fire-resistant cable uses insulation made of mineral material with a melting point of1375℃, which can inhibit aging or not age in the short term, thus allowing the transmission of higher currents and withstanding greater overloads to a certain extent.
8.High Mechanical Strength:YTTW(BTTE)/NG-A,BTLY(BTLE)copper, aluminum, and other metal sheathed mineral insulated fire-resistant cables have a metal sheath with a high melting point, providing high mechanical impact resistance under fire conditions.BBTRZnon-metallic flexible isolated fire-resistant cable, due to the special nature of its isolation layer material, generates a honeycomb-like hard structure inside the isolation layer under burning conditions, effectively resisting external mechanical impact.
9.Customizable Length: Since this product series is flexible mineral insulated fire-resistant cable, it can be bent into coils and packaged on cable reels, which essentially allows for unlimited manufacturing length. Therefore, the factory can supply according to the design length requirements provided by the customer.
10.Stable Insulation Performance: Due to the unlimited length of the product, installation does not require consideration of insufficient length leading to joints. Fewer joints mean higher insulation performance and less susceptibility to moisture. TraditionalBTTZhas many joints and is prone to moisture.
